Media coursework second draft

This evaluation refers to question 3

Following the previous audience feedback I had greatly improved the trailer. The title cards had been used more effectively, to give the audience a better idea of the story and edited to create drama. The edits had been all put in place, and all ran smoothly together, and matched the music track I had chosen. The track was edited in garage band so that it was much more smooth and even throughout. However there were still a lot of areas I needed to improve on according to the feedback :

•  Use of branding at the end title card needed to be improved
• Music needs to be an even volume throughout, when dipped and when at the original volume
• Sharpness of editing needs to be improved - use of fade on the clicks of the track
• The use of reverse angle editing needs to be better
• The gay storyline needs to make more sense and be emphasised more as it is an important part of the trailer

Reference to evaluation question 1
The Made in chelsea trailer had influenced my title cards, by the use of repetition. Also the way I tried to edit it a fast pace was similar to the Chelsea trailer. However the way my song and clips worked together was very different.
